Webinar Q&A: THE TWO TERMINALS – The Love/Light and the Dark: The Ocean in the Drop Saturday | 3rd October 2026

Q&A Details

1. BANK RECOUPMENT & SIGNATURE CREDIT TAX REDIRECTION

Q1. Will we get paid out for bank recoupments before Christmas 2026?

Answer:

The response was that it was possible, but the speaker was not expecting it to happen by Christmas 2026.

They explained that there was significant momentum behind the process, but that several things were happening in parallel which could either allow the payments to proceed or cause further delays.

Members were advised not to rely on receiving the money by Christmas and to make contingency plans.

The speaker’s advice was to plan for the worst and expect the best.

Q2. What is happening with the 2022, 2023 and 2024 bank recoupments where members previously submitted their bank statements?

Answer:

The speaker explained that those recoupments have not been lost.

The process has evolved since members originally submitted their bank statements in 2024 and 2025.

The speaker said that the earlier filings remain relevant and that the amounts can be moved into a later tax year rather than being lost simply because the original tax year has passed.

Q3. If the filing window for a particular tax year has passed, does that mean the recoupment for that year has been lost?

Answer:

No.

The speaker explained that if a Foreign Grantor Trust has filed the relevant 1099-OIDs for an earlier year, the fact that the corresponding 1041 filing window has passed does not necessarily mean the recoupment has been lost.

According to the explanation given, the amount can be moved into a later tax year.

The speaker said that the process had evolved so that previous signature credit events could be brought into one of the more recent tax years.

Q4. How does the three-year window work?

Answer:

The speaker explained that the three-year window relates to the taxes already paid by the investment banks rather than the year in which the individual member made the original bank payment or took out the mortgage.

The explanation given was that the relevant taxes are associated with the investment banks’ 945 tax modules.

The speaker said that the current three-year period covers 2023, 2024 and 2025 for the process being discussed.

According to the speaker, this does not mean that the original bank payment or mortgage must have occurred during those three years.

Older signature credit events can, according to the explanation, be brought into a later filing year.

Q5. Are the bank statements and mortgage statements that members previously uploaded still required?

Answer:

No.

The speaker explained that members no longer need to collect and upload bank statements, mortgage statements and similar documentation in the same way that was required under the earlier process.

The new process was described as requiring information such as the name of the bank, amounts expended, bank payment amounts, mortgage face values, credit-card values and other relevant figures.

The speaker said that the process had been changed specifically to avoid members having to collect large numbers of statements and calculate the amounts manually.

Q6. Does the two-million-dollar limit on signature credit mean that members cannot also receive bank recoupments, or are they separate?

Answer:

The response was that the two-million-dollar limit applies to signature credit overall.

The speaker explained that bank payments, mortgages, loans and credit cards are all treated as signature credit rather than separate categories.

Therefore, according to the explanation given, the limit is not divided into separate silos for bank payments and mortgages.

Q7. Can a widow who uses her late husband’s Social Security or earnings use them to claim his recoupment?

Answer:

The discussion considered two possible interpretations of the question.

If the question relates simply to money being received and spent from the widow’s own bank account, the response was that this would be treated differently.

However, if the question relates to redirecting signature credit associated with the late husband’s estate, the speaker said that a Foreign Grantor Trust could technically be created for the estate.

There was an important qualification: according to the speaker, the trust would generally have needed to be established before the husband passed away.

The speaker explained that if the grantor had already died, the trust could not ordinarily be established afterward unless an appropriate power of attorney or similar arrangement had been executed before death.

2. BANKING & BANKING RAILS

Q8. Can the banking solution get off the ground?

Answer:

The speaker said that he was confident the banking solution could eventually be established.

He explained that two resources had been working on the banking solution and that substantial progress had been made in structuring it.

The difficulty was attributed to banking scandals involving banking-as-a-service and “for the benefit of” structures, which had made banks more cautious.

The speaker said the banks were primarily concerned with compliance and protecting their banking licences.

Q9. Can the 1041 filings be made without the bank accounts being ready?

Answer:

Yes.

The speaker said that the 1041 filings could be made and that the bank accounts could be added later.

Therefore, according to the explanation, the absence of the banking solution does not completely stop the filing process.

3. MORTGAGES

Q10. Is it easier to recoup bank payments or credit for a mortgage?

Answer:

The response was that the underlying process is the same because both are treated as signature credit.

However, the speaker said that mortgage securities are easier to identify than individual bank payments.

The speaker explained that the algorithm and AI systems being used to track bank payments through to the securities and 945 tax payments can identify mortgages more easily.

Q11. Is there any financial advantage in using the mortgage protocol rather than simply repaying a lifetime mortgage after receiving the tax redirection?

Answer:

The speaker described what he considered the preferred sequence as redirecting the taxes, discharging the mortgage and then recouping the discharge.

He explained that, in the process he described, the mortgage would first be discharged from the private treasury.

The discharge itself would then be treated as another signature credit event for the purposes of the process being discussed.

The speaker described this as the more peaceful approach because the mortgage provider receives the discharge and there is less potential for dispute.

Q12. Could the mortgage be discharged before receiving the signature credit tax redirection?

Answer:

The response was that it could potentially be done.

The speaker said that a pilot scheme had been run using this approach and that the pilot was still in progress.

However, he described this approach as more adversarial and potentially involving more conflict with the banks.

Q13. What is the timescale for transferring property with no loans or mortgages into a private trust after completing the protocol?

Answer:

The speaker said that the timeframe depends on the condition and status of the property.

He explained that the discussion distinguishes between legal title and equitable title.

According to the speaker, in most cases the legal title is held by the state, while the equitable title represents the interest that people generally think of as ownership of the property.

The speaker therefore said that what is generally being transferred into the trust is the equitable title rather than the legal title.

Q14. Once assets such as houses are in a trust, are they fully protected from repossession?

Answer:

The speaker said no, not if there is an outstanding mortgage or other debt against the property.

He explained that a mortgage provider has a superior claim where a mortgage charge exists.

The speaker referred to the case of Waugh v Bank of Scotland as an example and said that the existence of a trust did not override the bank’s mortgage charge.

Q15. Is there any point moving a mortgage-free house into a trust if only the equitable title can normally be transferred?

Answer:

The speaker said that there could be a purpose in doing so.

He explained that the legal title remains separate from the equitable title and that placing the equitable interest into what he described as a proper Foreign Grantor Trust could provide different treatment from holding the property directly.

The speaker particularly discussed inheritance and property-tax considerations as reasons why someone might consider such a structure.

Q16. What is the process for purchasing real assets through the Asset Fortress Foreign Grantor Trust, and will the state require a declaration for tax purposes?

Answer:

The speaker said that the answer depends on where the member is resident.

For U.S. residents, he said that activities involving a Foreign Grantor Trust would have to be disclosed.

For members outside the United States, he said that the reporting requirements would depend on the applicable circumstances.

The speaker also discussed the separate 508(c)(1)(A) ministry structure in relation to U.S. residents.

Q17. How do we handle mortgages that are in someone else’s name, such as an ex-husband?

Answer:

The response was that a person cannot simply redirect the taxes associated with another person’s mortgage.

The speaker said that attempting to do so could create complications.

He suggested that, where possible, the other person should participate directly in the process rather than trying to redirect a mortgage belonging to someone else.

4. FOREIGN GRANTOR TRUST & ASSET FORTRESS

Q18. With the Foreign Grantor Trust, who is the grantor, who is the trustee and who is the beneficiary?

Answer:

The speaker explained that there are two Foreign Grantor Trust structures in most cases, depending on the member’s circumstances.

For the tax-filing Foreign Grantor Trust, the grantor was described as the member or “birth certificate construct.”

The trustee was identified as MLITR Research / Ecclesia Guardian Services.

The beneficiary was described as the living soul or “ocean.”

For the private treasury, the speaker explained that the member is the grantor and trustee, while the beneficiary is the “ocean.”

Q19. For someone filing an ROE to the IRS as a non-resident alien, which trust should be used: a 98 or a 508(c)(1)(A)?

Answer:

The speakers said they were not certain what the specific ROE filing referred to.

They explained that the Foreign Grantor Trust discussed during the webinar was established for signature credit tax redirection and was not designed to make unrelated tax filings for income generated outside the United States.

The speakers said the specific filing would need to be clarified before determining which structure would apply.

Q20. How long does the IRS take to verify the EIN uploaded under the Asset Fortress Protocol?

Answer:

The response was that if an EIN has already been issued, the IRS has already validated the entity sufficiently to issue the EIN.

The speaker explained that the trust EIN is obtained through an SS-4 application.

He also said that the IRS can sometimes make errors, but once the EIN has been issued and is showing correctly within the platform, the entity is considered established in the system being described.

Q21. Is a checking account set up for the trust so that money can be deposited into it?

Answer:

Yes, according to the explanation.

The speaker said that the Asset Fortress private treasury would have its own bank account.

He explained that a checking account in the United States is essentially equivalent to a current account in other jurisdictions.

The account was described as being usable in a similar way to an ordinary checking or current account.

Q22. How do members get access to funds when the tax redirection comes through to the trust?

Answer:

The speaker said access would work through the trust’s banking facilities.

He described the expected arrangement as including a bank card and an online banking portal, similar to the way members access their ordinary accounts.

Q23. Is it possible to set up the private treasury in advance of receiving the tax redirection currently being filed by ROS?

Answer:

Yes.

The speaker said the private treasury would need to be established in advance.

He explained that the banking arrangement and private treasury are required so that the trust has an account capable of receiving the funds if and when the tax redirection is completed.

Q24. If the UK government finds out about a trust, can they impose taxes or reduce the member’s state pension?

Answer:

The speaker said that he considered this unlikely under the structure he was describing.

He explained that means testing and benefits would relate to the grantor or “birth certificate construct,” which he distinguished from the Foreign Grantor Trust.

The speaker described the trust and the individual as separate within the framework being discussed.

Q25. When a bill from a company is paid by the trust, how should this be recorded in the company’s accounting?

Answer:

The response was that the trust could pay an invoice or bill on behalf of the company.

The speaker compared it to a normal payment from a checking or current account.

He said that if an invoice is issued to the company and the trust makes the payment on the company’s behalf, the recipient would still receive the payment.

The speaker also described the payment from the trust as another signature credit event within the process being discussed.

5. NAMES, TAX RETURNS & CORPORATE ENTITIES

Q26. If I recently changed both my first name and surname on my ID and passport, can I still recoup or redirect taxes from accounts under my old name?

Answer:

The speaker said that changing a person’s name does not change the underlying entity in the framework he was describing.

He compared this to a company being able to change its name while remaining the same underlying entity.

Therefore, according to the explanation, changing the name does not by itself prevent the process from relating to accounts that were held under a previous name.

Q27. Are tax returns necessary to produce signature recoupment, or can it be done from the SSN and EIN?

Answer:

The response was that ordinary tax returns previously filed by the member were not the basis of the signature credit tax redirection process being described.

The speaker stressed that the taxes being redirected were, according to his explanation, taxes paid by investment banks rather than taxes previously paid by the member.

Therefore, the process was described as different from claiming a normal tax refund based on the member’s own previous tax payments.

Q28. Since corporate entities are legally fictitious, can we file a 1099-OID to reclaim credits used from the company’s original issues?

Answer:

The speaker said that simply creating a company is not itself a signature credit event.

According to the explanation, the relevant signature credit event would occur when the company operates a bank account and the relevant signatures are used in transactions.

The speaker therefore distinguished between forming a company and the financial activity conducted through the company’s accounts.

6. CURRENCY CREATION & MONOPOLY GAME CHANGER

Q29. Can you briefly explain what happened to Currency Creation? Is it still available, and what happened to payments made for it beforehand?

Answer:

The speaker explained that Currency Creation was discontinued and was effectively replaced by the Monopoly Game Changer.

Members who had previously subscribed to Currency Creation were described as receiving a credit note that could be used toward the Monopoly Game Changer.

The speaker said that members had not lost what they had previously paid for.

He explained that the Monopoly Game Changer has a two-million-dollar annual limit, whereas some members had originally been interested in much larger Currency Creation amounts.

For members who were looking to fund larger projects, the Freedom Finance Protocol was presented as the alternative.

Q30. What are the benefits of upgrading to the Monopoly Game Changer if someone already has one to two million dollars of BPR and mortgage recoupment combined?

Answer:

The speaker explained that upgrading would not necessarily increase the amount of signature credit tax redirection available.

Instead, the benefits discussed included access to the Envoy Protocol and the Asset Fortress private treasury.

If a member already had those components, the speaker said there might not be a need to upgrade simply to increase the tax-redirection amount.

Q31. Where has the Commerce Protocol process reached, and what is the expected timescale to implement it?

Answer:

The speaker said that the Commerce Protocol had been put on hold temporarily.

He explained that the banking difficulties made it more practical to focus first on establishing the banking solution for tax redirection and the private treasury.

The Commerce Protocol was described as something that would be returned to once the other banking arrangements were in place.

7. PLATFORM, MEDIA & AVATAR

Q32. If logins are not working, how can members fix them?

Answer:

The speakers said that platform login problems and other technical issues were currently being investigated and worked on.

Members experiencing login problems were advised to follow the platform’s support process while the technical issues were being resolved.

Q33. Why do webinar recordings on the site sometimes not play when clicked?

Answer:

The speakers described this as one of the platform glitches currently being addressed.

They said that the platform was being worked on and that these technical issues were being ironed out.

Q34. How can members resolve audio problems during webinars?

Answer:

The speakers said that the audio problem experienced during the Saturday webinar appeared to be isolated to an individual member rather than being a general webinar problem.

Members were advised to check their own audio settings, speakers and device configuration if they could not hear the webinar.

Q35. When will the new Ian Clifford member avatar go live, and will it contain more context and up-to-date information?

Answer:

The response was that the member avatar was very close to launch.

The speakers said that the general avatar was already live and could answer questions about the protocols.

The member version was being tested to provide members with information about their individual journey and status.

The speaker said that the member avatar was expected to launch shortly.

Q36. Is there a translation option for the avatar, including Dutch?

Answer:

The response was that the avatar did not currently have a translation feature.

The speaker said that multilingual functionality could potentially be developed in the future.

For the time being, the webinars remain in English.

The speakers also suggested that members could use AI transcription and translation tools to translate webinar recordings or transcripts into their preferred language.

Q37. Will the Mortgage Protocol be offered for members to administer themselves?

Answer:

The speaker said that this was the plan.

He explained that a pilot scheme had been conducted in which members were assisted in preparing cases involving mortgage securities and investment banks.

The speaker described a possible future software-as-a-service platform through which members could create their own filings and administer their own mortgage-discharge cases.

The speaker said that the platform would provide the software rather than acting as the member’s legal adviser or running the case for them.

8. COMMUNICATIONS & UPCOMING SESSIONS

Q38. Can you post the YouTube and other social media channel links so members can follow them?

Answer:

Yes.

The speakers said the links would be provided at the end of the session.

The main channels discussed included the ROS Media Platform, the Your Light Energy YouTube channel and the Your Light Energy Telegram channel.

Q39. How do we join the upcoming Monday live Q&A sessions?

Answer:

The Monday Q&A links are posted in the Return to Source Telegram group.

The speakers also explained that the sessions are streamed across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, StreamYard and the ROS Media Platform.

Members subscribed to the ROS Media Platform can watch the live stream directly from the platform.

Q40. Where can I submit or email my CV to apply for the consultant position or advocate role?

Answer:

The speakers said that a dedicated website link would be provided for members to submit their details.

The application information would be published through the Telegram channel.

The team would then review the submissions and contact suitable candidates for further discussion or interviews.

Q41. What proof, if any, can we show to other people?

Answer:

The speakers directed members to the new Signature Credit Proof website.

The site was described as a place where advocates could direct people who wanted to see the evidence and information being presented by the organization.

9. CONSCIOUSNESS, TIME & THE HOLOGRAPHIC UNIVERSE

Q42. How can creation stories and cosmic darkness theories be interpreted alongside time loops and resets?

Answer:

The speaker connected the question to his broader work on Hermetism, Gnosticism, the holographic universe, mass and matter, and the nature of time.

He explained that he views time as happening simultaneously rather than as a simple past, present and future sequence.

He referred members to his e-books, documentaries and other material for a more detailed explanation of these concepts.

The speaker also connected the subject to the idea that individuals are expressions of the “ocean” experiencing the holographic universe.

Q43. How can one play both dark and light forces against each other to benefit from their battle?

Answer:

The speaker’s response was that there is ultimately only light and that what is perceived as darkness comes from the light.

He explained that the dark exists as part of the experience through which the light knows itself.

Rather than fighting the dark, the speaker said that people should avoid resonating with conflict.

He described the approach as redirecting the energy back toward love, peace and the source rather than attempting to win through conflict.

10. HEALTH, ENERGY & FUTURE PROJECTS

Q44. What progress has been made on developing a health or Tesla-type machine within ROS?

Answer:

The speaker said that developing health and energy projects was something he wanted to pursue.

He explained that the Freedom Finance Protocol could potentially be used to bring together groups of people to finance projects involving health, energy and related technologies.

The speaker suggested that a group of ten or more people could potentially come together around a qualifying project.

He specifically discussed the possibility of developing or improving Tesla-type technology and creating projects that could eventually be offered to the wider membership.
