1. Banking & Infrastructure
Q1. Is there any active international bank system established for the recruitment transactions yet?
Answer:
No, not at the time of the webinar. The speakers said they were working toward partnerships with U.S. banks that could provide the required banking rails. They explained that the banking arrangements had been delayed because of increased compliance requirements in the banking-as-a-service sector. They said they had approached approximately 50–100 banks and had prepared a detailed compliance document, with information gathered on more than 2,000 U.S. banks that could potentially provide the required facilities.
Q2. Would the Federal Reserve restrict U.S. banks from cooperating with the organization? What is the likelihood, and are there alternatives?
Answer:
The response was that they did not believe banks would be prevented from participating if the structure was compliant. The speakers said the process was based on what they described as an existing IRS procedure and that banks would only participate if their compliance requirements were satisfied. They explained their position that the Foreign Grantor Trust would step into the position of the taxpayer/investment bank for the OID filing and redirect taxes they said had already been paid.
2. Tax & Ledger Mechanics
Q3. The tax paid to the IRS—why isn’t it used by the IRS? Why is it abandoned and still there to be redirected?
Answer:
The answer given was that the tax is represented as ledger entries rather than physical money. The speaker argued that the U.S. Treasury/Federal Reserve system can create additional funding through its monetary mechanisms, and therefore the taxes paid are treated within the ledger system rather than as a physical pool of money sitting unused.
3. Creditor / Negotiable Instrument Questions
Q4. Is it possible to claim credit and act as the creditor at the very beginning of a negotiable instrument contract?
Answer:
The answer was that the person is already considered the creditor at the point their signature is used to create the credit, according to the speakers’ model. However, they said the individual cannot directly operate as the creditor on the commercial “Monopoly board.”
Q5. Can you position yourself as the creditor when taking out a loan—for example, sign for a £1 million loan as the creditor and therefore have no liability?
Answer:
No. The response distinguished between the “ocean” and the “drop” analogy. The speaker said the living consciousness is the creditor, while the birth-certificate entity—the “drop”—is the entity that operates on the commercial system and is treated as the debtor. They said the Foreign Grantor Trust acts as the proxy that allows the creditor side to operate within that system.
4. Signature Credit Recruitment Process
Q6. What are the step-by-step instructions for completing the signature credit recruitment process?
Answer:
The process described was:
- Enrol as a member of the ROS community/ministry.
- Access the Monopoly Game Changer.
- Complete the Envoy Protocol.
- Provide information relating to the birth-certificate entity.
- Establish the Foreign Grantor Trust.
- Provide information about signature credit placed onto the “Monopoly board.”
- Identify historical bank payments, mortgages, loans and credit cards.
- Use the recruitment calculator to estimate the amount.
- Have the information reviewed through a consultation.
- Identify the relevant investment-bank players.
- File the relevant 1099-OID forms according to the process described.
The speakers also explained that the planned Avatar would eventually guide members through their individual steps.
Q7. What signature credit have you put on the Monopoly board?
Answer:
The answer explained that the relevant history includes things such as bank payments, mortgages, loans and credit cards. Members are asked to identify which banks they used, approximately when they used them and the amounts involved, so that the historical credit can be calculated and matched against the relevant investment-bank pools.
Q8. Is there anything I need to do as a member that is holding this process up?
Answer:
The speakers said the planned Avatar would provide an individual status report and identify whether the member needed to provide information or take another action. If nothing was outstanding from the member, it would indicate that the process was simply awaiting the next stage.
5. Estimating Signature Credit
Q9. What are the consequences of someone overestimating their signature credit amount, even if it remains under the $2 million limit?
Answer:
The speakers said that estimates do not necessarily have to be exact, particularly when going back many years. However, they said a substantial exaggeration could create an issue because the IRS system would compare the amount being claimed with the relevant tax amounts associated with the investment-bank pool.
They explained that historical amounts are being amortized into a single tax year rather than individually filing every historical year.
6. OID Filings
Q10. Why would only one OID filing be submitted for an individual with four separate bank accounts?
Answer:
The answer was that the number of OID filings depends on the relevant investment-bank payers, not simply the number of personal bank accounts.
If four different bank accounts ultimately relate to four different investment banks, the process described would involve four OID filings. If the underlying instruments happened to be held by the same investment bank, they said a single OID filing could potentially cover them.
Q11. Are legacy members still having yearly OIDs claimed, or are all years being bundled?
Answer:
The answer was that the years were being bundled into one year rather than filing separately for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The speaker said the historical amounts were being brought together into the 2025 tax year.
Q12. In future, will members still need to upload their bank statements?
Answer:
No. The speakers said bank statements were no longer required for the process as described. They explained that the filings were being handled at the investment-bank/tranche level rather than reconstructing every individual historical transaction from individual bank statements.
7. Returned IRS Checks / Electronic Mailbox
Q13. What steps were taken to resolve the 2024–25 issue regarding returned IRS checks linked to electronic PO box addresses?
Answer:
The speakers explained that checks had been returned because the name on the check did not exactly match the name associated with the electronic mailbox. They said at least one returned check had been identified, but the mailbox provider could not establish how many checks in total had been returned.
They said the process had subsequently moved toward electronic distribution, reducing reliance on physical checks.
Q14. Have you fixed the mailbox this year in case the IRS uses it again?
Answer:
The answer was that the mailbox was no longer required for receiving the tax redirection because the process was being handled electronically. A U.S. address was still required for certain filing and correspondence purposes.
8. Form 56 & Filing
Q15. How much time is typically required before a Form 56 is successfully filed?
Answer:
The speakers said Form 56 is filed very early in the process and is submitted alongside the 1099-OID filing. They described the filing process as electronic and said acceptance is received through the licensed tax-filing software.
9. Getting Started
Q16. How do I get started?
Answer:
The response was:
- Become a member.
- Use the recruitment calculator.
- Estimate the amount of signature credit placed onto the system from the age of majority.
- Include bank payments, mortgages, loans and credit cards.
- Prepare the information before speaking with a consultant.
- Book a consultation to have the information reviewed and the process built out for the individual.
The speakers stressed that the initial calculation did not have to be perfectly accurate.
Q17. Will a resubmitted BPR remain valid if it does not appear as a tax credit before a potential IRS shutdown?
Answer:
The response was that the process was being consolidated into the 2025 tax year. The speakers said this did not necessarily mean earlier years were closed off, because previous years could still be addressed if necessary, but the current focus was on the 2025 filing year.
10. Trusts & Asset Management
Q18. What is the procedure for placing money and shared-ownership properties into a private trust?
Answer:
The speakers distinguished between legal title and what they called equitable title. They said that, in their view, legal title is generally already registered and therefore cannot simply be transferred into the trust. They said the equitable interest/use could instead be recorded within the trust documentation.
They also said the exact treatment would need to be considered individually depending on the property’s title.
Q19. How would the process work with shared-ownership property?
Answer:
The response was that what is commonly called shared ownership was described as shared use/equitable interest rather than ownership of the registered legal title. The speakers said the circumstances would need to be examined individually.
Q20. Is it necessary to update proof of address every three months before a trust can be officially established?
Answer:
The speakers said keeping address information current was good practice, particularly because members may move and outdated information can cause administrative problems. They indicated that the three-month requirement related to their data-capture process rather than changing the underlying trust.
Q21. Does changing the address change a trust that has already been established?
Answer:
No. The answer was that updating the address was primarily for administrative/data purposes and did not itself change an already-established trust.
11. Diplomatic Licence Plates & Vehicles
Q22. Can an envoy of the Republic of Old Souls obtain diplomatic licence plates for vehicles held in a trust to avoid police checks?
Answer:
The speakers said they did not believe placing a vehicle in a trust or using a diplomatic-style plate would remove the requirement to comply with road and vehicle rules. They argued that the vehicle and public road remained under the relevant state’s registration/control framework.
They said putting a vehicle into a trust would not, by itself, change that situation.
12. Payment / Trust Timelines
Q23. How far along are members who are in the estimated nine-month payment process?
Answer:
The speakers said there was no blanket answer because every member was at a different stage. They said the member’s individual account would need to be reviewed to determine the status.
They again pointed to the planned Avatar as the mechanism for giving members their individual status.
Q24. How long does it generally take to receive the Foreign Grantor Trust after completing the initial sign-up?
Answer:
The speakers said that, under favourable circumstances, it could potentially happen in about a week. However, if there were errors in names or other information during the IRS process, they said it could go back and forth for several months.
Q25. How do we check if the Foreign Grantor Trust application goes through or bounces back?
Answer:
The response was that the tax-filing team checks this. When the EIN is received, they said the team checks not only the number but also the associated details. If everything matches, the process continues; if information is incorrect, they said the application is resubmitted.
13. Membership & Platform Status
Q26. How can members verify their active enrolment status amidst ongoing systemic changes?
Answer:
The answer was that the planned Avatar would provide members with their individual status. It would be able to tell them where they were in the process, whether anything was outstanding from them and what their next action should be.
14. Platform & Technical Support
Q27. How can users obtain access links for the Monday Q&A sessions and related communication groups?
Answer:
The speakers said the Q&A recordings are uploaded to the ROS Media Platform. They explained that there is a dedicated Q&A area containing archived Q&A sessions.
They also said important Telegram and related links are presented during the Saturday webinars and are included in the communication email sent after the webinar.
Q28. Where can the YouTube recordings and links for previous webinar sessions be accessed?
Answer:
Previous webinar recordings are available through the ROS Media Platform’s webinar/archive section.
The speakers also identified their YouTube channel as At Your Light Energy, where documentary, deep-dive and related video content is being published.
15. Global Dynamics & Systemic Changes
Q29. Has Russia finally separated from U.S. bankruptcy, or does it remain under the control of the investment banks?
Answer:
The speakers rejected the idea that Russia had separated from the wider system they were describing. They argued that the U.S. dollar and U.S.-linked financial system remained globally significant and said Russia, China and other countries remained connected to that system.
Q30. How would returning to lawful gold- and silver-backed money affect the status of the current protocols?
Answer:
The response moved away from treating this as an expected monetary change and instead discussed the speakers’ broader view of the monetary system, consciousness and the “holographic universe.” They said the apparent changes reported through media and monetary systems should be understood within their broader framework.
Q31. Are the current operational frameworks adequately insulated against the risk of future sabotage?
Answer:
The answer was explicitly “I don’t know.” The speaker said there had previously been attempts to undermine the organization and that additional protective measures had since been implemented. However, they acknowledged that they could not guarantee that future attempts could not occur.
16. Donations / Supporting the Organisation
Q32. How can we make a donation to the process in the interim?
Answer:
The speakers said there was not currently a separate structured donation mechanism. They said the existing mechanism for taking payments was linked to the creation of the Monopoly Game Changer.
They discussed potentially establishing a dedicated donation process in the future.
Q33. Even though the member has already donated and is a paid member, how can they donate to the cause?
Answer:
The answer was essentially the same: there was no separate structured donation process at that time. The speakers said they would consider creating one. They also described contributing time and energy by sharing information and spreading the message as another way members could support the organisation.
