SECTION 1 — TAX TRANSCRIPTS, IRS STATUS & TIMELINES
Q: Is the number of tax transcripts being agreed to by the IRS increasing daily or has it stalled?
Answer:
It is increasing, but there are not very many so far because we are about three months behind where we were at this time last year.
The tax transcripts started coming in in June and then accelerated. The reason for the delay is that the 1099s had been filed from January 2025, but 1099 OIDs could not be filed until March. So the process is two to three months behind the curve, which is why only a small number of tax transcripts have been seen so far.
The fact that some tax transcripts have come through indicates that there is no issue with the tax filing itself or the license. It is a delay because of the later start this year.
Q: Where’s mine and is there a problem?
Answer:
There is no way to know where an individual person’s transcript is from that question alone.
As for whether there is a problem, the answer given was that there cannot be a problem across the board because the IRS would not send any tax transcripts out if there was a problem with the filing or license.
There is one filing license for everybody, so the fact that tax transcripts have already been received indicates that there is no issue with the tax filing itself or the license. It is a delay.
Q: How many people have been paid their currency creation or bank payment recoupments?
Answer:
In 2024, there were four checks that came out of the pilot scheme. There were approximately ten people in the pilot scheme.
One check was delivered to the virtual mailbox but was returned because the check was addressed in the name of the trust while the virtual mailbox was in the name of the tax preparer.
In 2025, Lisa Griffin received her wages and tax transcript, which was over $100,000 according to the information discussed.
The transcript also discussed a Discord group where many people had received wages and tax transcripts and subsequently had distributions. Some people had received funds through filing through the taxable entity, while others had set up a foreign grantor trust.
The conclusion given in the session was that the process had worked in the pilot scheme and that there was evidence of this.
Q: Do you have a backup plan if the IRS does not fulfill tax redirection payments?
Answer:
Yes.
The answer given was that, if there were a problem with the tax preparer license, the approach could be changed from filing everything under one taxpayer license to splitting it up.
The speaker stated that there is a two-million-dollar limit per grantor of a foreign grantor trust, but no limit for a tax preparer. If a limit were introduced for a tax preparer license, multiple tax preparer licenses could be used.
The overall position was that if a problem arises, the approach would be to find a solution to that problem.
SECTION 2 — MORTGAGE DISCHARGE CLAIMS & PROPERTY PROTOCOLS
Q: Can the holder in due course discharge overdue income tax liabilities of the birth certificate construct entity?
Answer:
The answer given was that the tax liability is the liability of the birth certificate construct, not of the living soul.
A tax liability itself cannot be redirected because the energy has not previously been discharged. The explanation given was that you can only redirect the discharge, not the bill.
Q: Can a mortgage note be settled while already in court fighting for the property?
Answer:
The answer discussed a 1099-C as a debt cancellation that can cancel the debt, but it would have to be filed correctly.
The explanation was that a 1099-A is followed by a 1099-C, with the filings being done in the appropriate area of the Treasury.
It was also explained that an adverse claim would need to be made because the holder of the note is the indentured trustee, while the living soul has beneficial title to the mortgage note.
A foreign grantor trust would need to be established and an adverse claim filed from that trust. A 1099-C could then potentially cancel the debt if all the filings were accepted and if it could be completed before foreclosure.
The possibility of creating this as a software-as-a-service platform was also discussed.
Q: Is there a time window for borrowing more against a mortgage before discharging it?
Answer:
The answer was that there is no specific time window.
However, a bank normally securitizes the debt within approximately three months. If the existing mortgage is already in place, the mortgage debt is already being securitized and the relevant security information would already exist.
Extending the mortgage would not change the tax redirection.
Q: Can a house with an existing loan from an owned limited company be moved into a trust without paying back the loan first?
Answer:
The answer was that it is very difficult, although not impossible.
The original mortgage contract is with whoever signed for the loan, not necessarily with the limited company or trust.
The preferred solution discussed was to discharge the debt first and then move the title of the property into the trust.
Alternatively, the mortgage provider would need to renegotiate and amend the contract so that it is placed into the trust or other entity.
Q: Does the mortgage discharge protocol work if collateral was used for a house loan without certainty of it being an official mortgage?
Answer:
The answer was that clarity is needed first as to whether it is actually a mortgage or another type of loan.
If there is no certainty that it is an official mortgage, then there may be no mortgage to discharge.
The discussion explained that some forms of lending do not involve securitization. Where there is no debt securitization, the tax redirection process discussed would not apply.
Q: What is the possibility that banks miscalculate mortgage interest over twenty years and can AI tools accurately calculate total payments and remaining principal?
Answer:
The answer was that the payments themselves do not matter for this purpose. What matters is the maximum principal.
The creation of the security, rather than the payments made on the mortgage, is what counts.
The example given was a $100,000 mortgage with $50,000 in interest payments. The $100,000 mortgage and the $50,000 in bank payments were described as two different redirections.
SECTION 3 — FOREIGN GRANTOR TRUSTS & BANKING
Q: What gives the foreign grantor trust legal authority to claim refunds on taxes paid by investment banks who monetized our signature credit and the birth certificate?
Answer:
The explanation centred on holder-in-due-course status.
The speaker explained that when a person signs for something, the energy is transferred through the birth certificate construct, the bank creates a debt, and the debt is then securitized.
The investment bank holding the security presumes to have holder-in-due-course status because nobody has corrected the record.
The discussion referred to IRS Publication 1212 and the position that a party holding a debt instrument on behalf of somebody else should file a 1099-OID.
The foreign grantor trust identifies the payer, the investment bank, and the CUSIP number of the instrument, files Form 56 and then files the 1099-OID as the payer.
The explanation was that the foreign grantor trust then becomes the holder in due course and is entitled to the taxes paid for the use of the instrument.
Q: How can a bank account be opened for a foreign grantor trust EIN without providing an SSN?
Answer:
The answer given was that the foreign grantor trust operates outside the United States and is a creditor entity.
It does not have an SSN. The EIN is used to obtain the bank account.
Q: Has a bank been organised to hold the trust accounts and the funds yet?
Answer:
The answer was that there was no contract at that time where all tax redirections could be received.
However, there were in-progress negotiations, and a platform had offered the facility while waiting to see wages and tax transcripts come in.
The explanation was that banks want to see the pipeline and evidence that funds will actually be coming through before establishing the structure.
Once wages and tax transcripts are available, they can be presented to the banks, followed by the required compliance review for each foreign grantor trust and bank account.
Q: Can a small business be placed inside a trust once set up and can donations then be taken tax-free?
Answer:
The answer was that donations cannot really be made to a trust; donations can be made to a ministry.
The structure discussed was a 508(c)(1)(a), described as a private trust entity with an EIN that can have a bank account.
The explanation was that commerce could be reframed to cause, where the cause is the belief of the ministry, and donations could then be taken without tax.
A trust cannot simply be called a ministry because a trust is a trust.
Q: Can a leased property be held in a trust?
Answer:
The answer was that not really.
A lease was described as a debt or obligation rather than an asset. Trusts were described as being there to hold assets rather than debts.
Q: When the trust owns the assets, when does the beneficiary gain ownership of anything?
Answer:
The answer was: never.
The explanation was that the trust owns the assets and the beneficiary receives the use and benefits without owning the assets.
The phrase used was: “control everything and own nothing.”
Q: How can the trustee of an account steal money from the beneficiary?
Answer:
The answer was that anybody can steal from anybody else, so the trustee needs to be trusted.
The speaker gave an example involving a trustee who had allegedly created another trust with the same name and caused confusion over which trust was the intended trust.
The recommendation discussed was that if the trustee is untrustworthy, they should not be the trustee.
It was also explained that under the private treasury structure, the member is the trustee.
Q: How do members gain access to use funds once recoupment arrives in the trust?
Answer:
The explanation was that there are two foreign grantor trusts.
The first receives the tax redirection.
The second is the private treasury, and members will have a bank account linked to that second foreign grantor trust.
The member would use that account in the same way as an existing bank account, with the trust name being used.
SECTION 4 — DONATIONS & ALLOCATION OF FUNDS
Q: Is the 20% donation to ROS required every year that the grantor trust applies for tax redirection or only for the first payment?
Answer:
The answer was that it is every year because the nation needs financing every year to operate.
The donation was described as a way of financing the nation without costing the nationals or envoys anything because the amount is funded and then received back the following year.
The explanation was that the member would still be better off because the tax redirection would not otherwise have been available to them.
Q: Does tax redirection the year following a 20% donation equal a percentage of that donation?
Answer:
No.
The answer was that it is 20% of the member’s total tax redirection for the year moving forward.
The amount could also increase if additional transactions or amounts were carried over.
Q: Is retaining 50% calculated after subtracting the 20% donation to ROS and the 30% to the group project pool?
Answer:
No calculation is done by subtracting those amounts first and then calculating another 50%.
The allocation was described as:
- 20% to the nation
- 30% to the project
- 50% to the member
These add up to 100%.
Q: When the creditor pays a tax bill for the debtor, will the tax department treat this as income for the debtor?
Answer:
No.
Q: How are mortgage security recoupments and bank payment recoupments affected by the two-million-dollar annual cap on signature credit recoupment?
Answer:
The two-million-dollar limit is one overall limit for all signature credit tax redirection.
It is not a separate two-million-dollar limit for bank payments, another two million for mortgages and another two million for credit cards.
The total signature credit tax redirection is subject to the two-million-dollar annual limit.
Q: Does adding up transactions to less than the actual amount cause a problem in the protocols if the actual total exceeded two million?
Answer:
The explanation was that the tax redirection is calculated based on taxes paid by investment banks for the use of debt securities year by year.
The taxes received by the Treasury are not directly linked one-for-one to the face value of individual securities.
The face value of the securities is one limitation, while the two-million-dollar annual amount is another limitation.
The discussion emphasised that the transactions should not be exaggerated.
Q: Can business signatures or business signature credits be included in the Monopoly Game Changer under the same donation fee?
Answer:
Yes.
The explanation was that the signature is what matters. The birth certificate construct was described as a corporate entity, and a business is also a corporate structure.
The signature itself is the same regardless of whether it is wrapped in a company or the birth certificate contract.
Q: What happened to the money paid for currency creation?
Answer:
The explanation was that a credit note had been issued.
The speaker explained that previous approaches had included mortgage indemnity claims, private law and acceptance for value before moving into tax redirection.
The position given was that whatever anybody had previously funded was available to offset against what is being offered now.
It was also explained that more than two million dollars of funds were frozen, while substantial internal operating costs had also been incurred.
The speaker stated that previous members have a credit note that can be used against the current offering.
SECTION 5 — ENVOY PROTOCOL, OID & HISTORIC TRANSACTIONS
Q: What notices are sent out under the Envoy Protocol?
Answer:
One declaration is sent out.
The declaration states that the living soul acknowledges that they are the agent for the birth certificate construct and are using the birth certificate construct as the principal.
It also declares that the person is an envoy of the Republic of Old Souls.
The purpose described was to make a declaration that the person has remembered who they are.
Q: How are 1099-OIDs used to acquire equipment for veteran and community projects?
Answer:
They cannot be used to acquire equipment.
A 1099-OID was described as a correction filing, not a check.
The explanation was that the foreign grantor trust steps into the position of the payer and files the OID to become the holder in due course.
It cannot be used to go and buy something.
Q: How can a forensic auditor track a negotiable instrument through the securitization process to identify who is paying taxes on it?
Answer:
The answer discussed using AI to search SEC filings, securities filings and investment filings.
When investment banks launch securities or tranches, they create packages containing memorandums and prospectuses.
AI can search the SEC records for the CUSIP number associated with the mortgage within those filings.
The speaker said that AI could search through very large numbers of records and identify the relevant CUSIP numbers.
Q: Do historic bank statements going back thirty years need to be obtained to claim on the Monopoly Game Changer Protocol?
Answer:
No.
The answer was that the member needs to remember the name of the bank and provide their recollection of the bank payments made each year.
It was described as a conservative estimate.
Q: How can historic work-related or pension taxes be tracked if old employer or pension provider bank details cannot be found?
Answer:
The answer was that it is difficult to redirect taxes on pensions because the payer of the pension is not directly linked to the member in the same way.
The explanation was that you can only redirect what you put onto the Monopoly board, not what you received.
SECTION 6 — AI AVATAR & SOFTWARE
Q: Is the AI avatar live? Where can we register to use it? And when will it be available to discharge mortgages?
Answer:
The first avatar is available and is focused on signature credit tax redirection.
It does not currently cover mortgage discharge.
A separate avatar is planned for mortgage discharge, including the ability for members to run their own adverse claim and filings.
A platform is planned that will explain what to do, how to do it and produce the required paperwork and documents.
Q: Can the downloaded Android app be added to a web browser?
Answer:
The platform app is browser-based.
It is essentially a website with a bookmark rather than an application downloaded from an app store.
The explanation was that it should not matter whether the device is an iPhone or Android phone, as it can be downloaded from a browser.
Q: Can the AI avatar be used to stop eviction procedures?
Answer:
Not directly.
The explanation was that AI can be used to examine the procedure followed by the bank or its lawyers.
The recommendation discussed was to scan all documents received from lawyers, banks and other parties, upload them to an AI system, and ask the AI to identify weaknesses or procedural issues in the foreclosure or eviction process.
The speaker described this as using the system’s own procedures against it.
SECTION 7 — PROJECTS, COMMUNITY & NETWORKING
Q: Are there plans to help ROS members network with one another to collaborate on projects?
Answer:
Yes, if there is genuine collaboration.
The explanation was that if members have a project and want to collaborate with others who can contribute to that project, there is no reason why that could not be supported.
However, it was stated that this should not be used as a loophole where a group of people simply come together and claim to have a project to access the project finance protocol.
If someone has a genuine project, the first step is to make contact and book an appointment so the project can be discussed and how it will help the Freedom Plan can be understood.
The intention is to bring in people who already have a project and the community that comes with that project, rather than creating a project simply to bring existing members into the project finance structure.
Q: How can a freedom community in development circumvent local municipal development regulations?
Answer:
The discussion referred to the Amish and other recognised groups that operate under their own structures.
The explanation was that a sufficiently established and recognised nation could have its own land and law.
The land would need to be carved out and brought into its own ministry or structure.
The speaker also said that if the fee-simple title to the land cannot be obtained, those dwelling on the land could potentially be part of a nation with its own law.
Q: Can Tesla healing machines be incorporated as part of the Freedom Plan?
Answer:
Yes.
The example given was that if ten people came together to create Tesla clinics, that could be an appropriate project.
The speaker described the idea of setting up a clinic with multiple machines and people receiving treatments as an example of an appropriate project.
Q: Can live workshops be resumed as done previously?
Answer:
The workshops had pros and cons.
They were originally used to transition members from the domestic trust structure in 2024 to the foreign grantor trust structure in 2025.
The problem with continuing workshops is that members and presenters are in different time zones, making it difficult to find a suitable time for everyone.
The preferred solution discussed was an avatar that members could access on their phone and ask what they need to do next.
The avatar would tell the member what they have already completed and what they need to do next.
SECTION 8 — ECCLESIASTICAL STATUS, GOVERNANCE & LEGAL AUTHORITY
Q: As a minister of the Republic of Old Souls, can one celebrate a marriage?
Answer:
The discussion described marriage as a commercial contract.
The preferred approach described was a soul contract between two people rather than registering a marriage certificate.
The speaker said that a minister of an auxiliary ministry could conduct a ceremony and create a soul contract.
Q: If a member acts maliciously or commits a serious offence, do they lose their international ecclesiastical status and are their bank accounts frozen or closed?
Answer:
The answer was that this is getting ahead of where the organisation currently is.
Once the organisation is fully operational and members are receiving tax redirections, there will need to be consideration of how to ensure that the wrong energy is not operating within the organisation.
The principles described were that members should be peaceful, act with honour and integrity, operate as creditors and remember who they are.
Q: Why is it believed that a diplomatic nation funded out of creditor tax redirection will operate in peace rather than being targeted by authorities?
Answer:
The explanation was that if the nation remained a relatively small percentage of the world’s population, it would not necessarily represent a threat to the Monopoly board.
The speaker contrasted this with a movement involving hundreds of millions of people and becoming a major force with its own courts and systems.
The answer also discussed the belief that different religious systems may create division and that the intended approach is instead based on consciousness.
Q: What will stop outside forces or cabals from attempting to destroy the freedom movement?
Answer:
The answer was essentially to choose peace and avoid war.
Switzerland and Tibet were given as examples of entities that have avoided war.
The position was that focusing on peace is the way forward.
Q: How does the formal ROS commitment to Gnosticism affect the Envoy Protocol?
Answer:
It does not really affect the Envoy Protocol.
Gnosticism was described as remembering that you are the drop in the ocean and the ocean in the drop.
The explanation was that everyone comes from the same source and is having a different experience.
The Monopoly board was described as an artificial construct that appears real but is not.
The speaker connected this understanding with remembering who you are and not being driven by fear.
SECTION 9 — GENERAL SYSTEM OPERATIONS, PROOF & SECURITY
Q: What is the next step after sending a donation?
Answer:
The next step is to complete the data capture form and check the platform for what needs to be done next.
Members should also check their emails, including spam folders.
Q: Where can members go to watch previous webinars to catch up on the understanding and process?
Answer:
Previous webinars are available on the ROS Media Platform.
There is a webinar archive in the sidebar where previous webinars can be watched.
The discussion also referred to Ecclesia Law for reports and more technical understanding.
Q: Will starting a protocol now be affected by the winter shutdown?
Answer:
The winter shutdown affects certain IRS filings.
The IRS does not accept new 1099-OIDs during the period from approximately mid-November to mid-January.
If the process is already underway, the process continues operating.
The recommendation in the session was that starting earlier allows time for the data capture, foreign grantor trust, EIN and OID filing to be completed before that window.
Q: How can an individual expedite their process for financial relief?
Answer:
At present, the IRS process cannot be expedited.
The IRS follows its own process and steps.
The speaker discussed the possibility of having a future fund that could provide relief to people who are genuinely under financial pressure, with the amount being treated as an advance against the tax redirection.
However, this was described as something that cannot currently be done because the funds are not available.
For immediate financial pressure, the discussion suggested examining the relevant legal process and using AI to review the documents and identify weaknesses in the process.
Q: Which country is best for getting these protocols executed in?
Answer:
Any country.
The United States was described as arguably having advantages because there is more awareness and more people who may be interested in collaborating.
However, the knowledge was also described as fragmented and confused.
The process itself does not depend on where a person is located.
